輔導心理學家 | 陪你打開情緒盒子 

生活，每日都有很多事情，影響心情。處理完事情，還有時間照顧心情嗎？把情緒鎖在一個盒子內不去觸碰，也許是一個方法。 其實各種情緒都有意思，如何處理它們，正正影響著下一件事情怎樣發生。 註冊輔導心理學家余鎮洋，在成長期間，也曾經歷一段不知怎樣面對情緒的日子。直至他遇上啟蒙老師，並感受到輔導的力量，體驗到打開「情緒盒子」後，原來眼淚並不可怕，學習重新連結情感和各種人際關係。他決意將這力量，幫助身邊有需要的人，特別是具有特殊教育需要的小朋友和青少年，讓他們更有動力面對往後的人生。

Counselling Psychologist: Unlocking the Box of Emotions Life is full of things that affect our emotions every day. After dealing with everything, do we still have time to care for our feelings? Locking emotions away in a box might seem like a solution. But every emotion has meaning, and how we handle them shapes what happens next. Registered Counselling Psychologist Isaac Yu also struggled with facing his emotions growing up. It wasn’t until he met a mentor and experienced the power of being counselled that he learned to unlock the box of emotions, shedding tears and reconnecting with his feelings and relationships. Now, he’s dedicated to helping others, especially children and teens with special educational needs (SEN), so they can face life with more confidence and strength.
